Django Unchained (2012)Django Unchained was a great western. It had a awesome soundtrack with some classics like Jerry Goldsmith’s score from Under Fire. There were some brutal scenes, but it goes with the territory – it wasn’t overkill. Special FX were real juicy, blood spurting all over the place, a homage to good old Sam Peckinpah no doubt. 🙂 Actors gave a good performance with a little pinch of a humour, which is a very good choice considering the genre of the film. A little wink and a smile in front of an exploding house – keeping things light as a breeze.
I give this film 4/5 stars.
